I spent a long time shopping before I found this riveting tool. Other drill rivets I've seen were made of plastic and reviewers complained that they weren't strong. This one is solid metal and the only one I've found that can install a 1/4" rivet. I came across this tool while looking for something different. I couldn't hit the buy button fast enough with this tool. Firstly, this tool isn't cheap, it's all metal (you can use it as a weapon in a pinch, lol). I've run this tool through every screwdriver I had, from impact, from a drill, and even my little 12 volt screwdriver. The 4 thumb ratchet worked great too, allowing this tool to be used without power in a pinch. I only have aluminum rivets and this tool does a great job with that…
