Doesn't eliminate noise And broke my USB-C connector

This thing is junk. First, it doesn't work. I've tried this on my Android phone (USB-C), Dell laptop (USB-C AND the included USB-C to regular USB adapter) and not once did I experience noise cancellation. All it adds is some background noise, but it doesn't cancel out the ambient noise in the room. Worst of all, the USB-C port on my laptop has stopped working, which means I'm sending my laptop back to Dell so they can fix the port, which I'm sure won't be cheap. The sound is robotic, can't get rid of some common noises, has no universal application

It was. so so. The idea was good, but it was really only made for Windows. It's supposed to work on the iPad, but it didn't work there and it sounded awful. DO NOT buy this for the iPad. On a Chromebook, most noise was removed, but missed clicks or trackpad presses (one of the most common noises). The audio on the Chromebook was a bit robotic and was recorded with it as well. The confusing description is basically an external sound card

I bought this to test and see if I could gift it to friends and family who mostly have a lot of background clutter - motorbikes, screams, crowds etc. I bought an external lavalier mic (Sony) to use but couldn't get it to work at first. Almost Done - Computer Microphones

This is a tricky product. In order for it to work properly, you NEED software first. The noise-cancellation works very well, but there are a few things to note: - I insist you need software - you can tweak and adjust the amount of noise-cancellation, and you can choose the type of microphone you use (pretty helpful the AI Richter distance) - noise electromagnetic interference still exist, the higher the noise reduction intensity. the higher the EMI noise becomes. Must work from home for parents!

This literally saved a life (and a job) working from home. I work... well they might drop out in the middle of a phone call if I don't lock the door, or sit at the door and cry, or whatever yell at me if I lock the door It completely eliminates most of that noise , even when he enters the room.
