A practical product, nothing to complain about.

Headphones and a microphone are connected at the back (therefore, a longer wire is desirable for headphones) into connectors separate from the speakers, you can connect the headphones at the same time as the speakers and programmatically switch the output from the speakers to the headphones and vice versa. Pros: 1) Good sound quality (both in 5.1 speakers and headphones). 2) Availability of quick parameter presets (including equalizer parameters) for "Games"/FPS/racing/RPG/movies/music modes…

I like everything, the price and the quality are both ok.

Upon purchase, many complaints about the work were revealed: during the game, frequent sporadic sound cuts, for example, in Far Cry 5, Cod: MW3, were less common in other games, or only in game videos. In red dead redemption 2, using a sound card resulted in hard freezes in the game. At first I sinned on the video card, but when I decided to try to disable the Asus sound card and start the sound through the video card's sound adapter, and then through the built-in sound card in the motherboard,

Pros
  • The sound is good in what's in the headphones, what's on the receiver 7.1. Not a bad control panel: the interface is not overloaded, but there is a lot of necessary
Cons
  • After the repair, no flaws were found, but the sediment remained

This card has a very good sound. I have not tried to use.

This card has a very good sound. I haven't tried using any part of the sonar software. I had some issues using the mic with Discord, but after moving it to a different slot everything was fine. So make sure you don't have an IRQ conflict when choosing a slot. The software is easy to understand and use. The microphone boost works well. In general I am very happy with them. Upgrade to 2 Stars - I'm still having issues with my microphone that ASUS Tech Support couldn't fix. I found several other…

High quality sound card! Great for gaming

So I was in the market for some VR games and decided that if I wanted to surround myself with unbeatable graphics I could also go for unbeatable sound. I bought excellent headphones: Beyerdynamic DT-990-Pro-250 Professional acoustically open headphones for monitoring and studio applications. And of course I needed a high quality sound card to pump high quality sound into it. I'm so glad I bought this. you have no ideas Words really can't describe how great the sound I've had since I've had…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • There are flaws

Not a very good impression so far. Windows 10 64-bit. I downloaded the latest drivers from Asus. At first I avoided the recommended USB 3.1 driver (Asmedia's USB3.1 driver improves latency) as I didn't see the need. And why does the PCIe sound card need a USB driver update? The audio was muddy and the mic gave strong feedback in dissonance. When connected to 7.1 surround sound, there is no position detection at all. Significantly worse quality than Realtek onboard 7.1. The tone was also hoarse.

Pros
  • Hands-free device
Cons
  • Very expensive

Worked great until it died

I bought this a little over 4 years ago to replace my XFI Titanium which was no longer supported by the software. I installed the card along with a new graphics card and had some issues with the software originally thought to be my computer, but I was able to find a workaround. Some questionable options in the software, but the hardware itself worked fine for a while. About a year ago there were issues where the card wasn't recognized, but the computer it was on was about 7 years old and it was

I really like this card

I really like this card it woke up my computer's sound. tried three so far and now settled on OPA2134PAGA with great bass. Setup was easy with 1.1.7 Win 10 64-bit drivers from Asus, not a CD. I bought a Beyerdynamic DT Prenium 250 Ohm and an Audioengine 5+ active speaker. I connect Soar speakers and turn them on. The OPA2134PAGA is a great op amp to pair with the Audioengine 5+ and they work great together. No problem. Wow!

Pros
  • I always liked it
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

A big improvement over onboard audio to say the least

I wanted to upgrade my onboard audio with a better sound card specifically for Sennheiser headphones. I toyed with the idea of learning to play the guitar and after buying a Rocksmith and a matching electric guitar I was ready to go. This card is very light, with a decorative plate on top of the electronics and an orange LED that doesn't match my blue and black color scheme and seems impossible to turn off. The card requires a 6-pin PCI Express power supply, which is not listed on the product…

A little quirky. Not for everyone.

Pros: Better sound quality and noise floor than my built in audio. (Realtek ALC887 with Crystal Sound 2) - Soundstage is better than my Fiio E10K - Amplifier drives my K612 Pro headphones without any problems - Has enough connections to connect headphones and 7.1 speakers at the same time - The included software (Sonic Studio) is easy and intuitive to understand . Comes with a hood for an attractive look and protection while working. this cannot be said for many sound cards. Cons: - Requires a…

Sound card with clicking noise and no surround sound SPDIF

if you like hearing clicking noises that are worse than on the circuit board than it is your card plus the sound sounds very unreal or right iv should have sounded iv blaster zx in almost 4 years before it died it was clean, no clicks and sounded much better. i usually prefer the onboard board over asus but after changing profile to flat and removing all so called improvements and leaving only the compressor clicks decreases alot i will update my review as i continue to use it but am for now…
