Professional quality

I bought this because I have a lot of recipes that call for this size and I spent a lot of money and bought this to get a perfectly square cake bottom to top. Save a dime to buy another to bake a two layer square cake. There is a star deduction for really looking into the corners when cleaning.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • too stupid

Excellent quality frying pan! Best in Bakeware

I love my skillet I would give 5 stars but I have a small curved skillet. not returned as the defect does not affect performance. If you want sharp edges, this is the pan. Be sure to grease generously so it comes out easily after baking. I made a chess cake in this pan, it turned out perfect!

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Unreliable

Sturdy but not too heavy.

This is a really great pan for everything from lasagna to baked chicken dishes. It was also a good pot to use as a water pan for chess cakes and pudding. It's really deep, and since I never filled it, there wasn't a single mess in the oven. Also, I have a small oven and it gets the job done perfectly without burning. It is really easy to care for and versatile.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Problems

Square cakes are possible with this quality pan

I've always wanted to bake square cakes. I find that using parchment paper, greasing with oil and lightly blooming the pan (as you should) gives great results every time I use it. I am very satisfied with the height of 3 cm. This differentiates and gives cakes a professional look when stacked, unlike your traditional 2 inch baking trays. Cleaning wasn't a problem.

Pros
  • Few competitors

  • Some challenges

Very good quality skillet

I have used this in a fire pit but was very, very impressed with the build quality. It was a very strong pan. It arrived curled around the edge so slightly, less than 1/8th of an inch I'd say, and wouldn't cause any problems with internal baking, but did in a horizontal situation like mine when I dropped it pre-cut. hole, it was a little noticeable. However, I cannot stress enough that this pan is one of the best aluminum pans I have come across and I have a cupboard full of cheap pans that…

Outstanding quality, unbeatable prices.

Recently I wanted to buy 3 of these pans but only had 2 in stock I bought 2 pans for 18.99/each. The pans are very high quality, I am very satisfied with their work. However, I came back about a week later to buy a 3rd pan. The price went from 18.99 a piece to 29.98 a piece. Very disappointed with the increase having to purchase a 3rd skillet for the same price as the first 2. Again, the issue isn't the quality of the skillet, it's the price difference.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Compares well to standard pans

Well made, good weight, great straight sides with no annoying rounded corners or places to hide batter. Has a nice release, albeit not non-stick. I prefer the aluminum coating over the dark brown nonstick because it seems to make for a nicer end product. Everything is considered a very good frying pan, delivering professional results at a reasonable or at least competitive price compared to other frying pans of similar quality. I choose the 3-inch depth for its versatility, but if you plan on…
