Great for tracking user activity: Atera

I like the way it makes it very easy to track down problems. I also like the way it makes it easy to communicate with customers. It makes it super easy to send out mass emails to a group of people and have that email to be sent to everyone. It's not as easy to see who is responding to the email and when they are responding. Very good product for customer service

I love the ease of use. I have never had a problem with Atera. It is very easy to set up and use. I have not had any problems with the software. I have had a few problems with the support team.
