NinjaRMM Review

It's simple software for managing your computers remotely in case any problems arise or if you are away from home computer wise. The client can be accessed anywhere at anytime via mobile devices so this makes it convenient as well. I have not found anything yet which i dislike about it but there could always be something since its still new technology. I like how well it can handle multiple devices at once as long there are enough resources for them (cpu/ram). It's not very good when you have many users trying different things simultaneously which leads me think they could make this more user friendly in terms of performance. This would be great if we had better options than just using our own servers or paying $$$ every month so it makes sense from their perspective but sometimes people don't want your solution because its too complicated…

The ability for us as a small shop with limited resources (especially in terms finance) was very hard to justify spending money when we were just getting started! But once it's installed there are no excuses - everything you could ever need from your cloud service already included!!The customer care team at ninjatools have always gone above and beyond our expectations whenever needed.
