Great little device. This saved my ass after my LiveU Solo HDMI port stopped working for me. I downloaded a streaming app to stream through my laptop. Captured video from my Switch and the event continued. Good product.

I liked that the adapter worked with various cameras with HDMI output. I used a short extension cord so it doesn't hang around the USB port. That will help. Did a few live events with Zoom and worked well. I heard about this adapter from someone else who used it for live streaming.

I am terribly disappointed in this purchase. It's literally a replica of the unbranded capture card for less than $15. It also has bad screen tearing. I love Atomos products but it's not the same. It is on par with the other products and not worth buying. The mjpeg compression looks pretty bad.
