I bought this for a kitchen blender. I was a bit apprehensive about buying the Knock brand but it worked great. My husband is a hunter, so we often eat venison, and she shreds the meat very well. Now I can make my own hamburgers or sausages with additional processing costs. Venison is naturally tougher, so when it goes well with it, it definitely goes really well with more conventional meats like beef or turkey.

I love this gadget. I make the most of my kitchen hand and like to have ground beef when I need it. I usually keep chicken in the freezer and can thaw and shred it to make chicken meatballs. The parts can be easily dismantled for thorough cleaning. It even came with a brush to help with cleaning. The top part, which you use to push the meat down, also doubles as a storage area for other baits so it can be tucked away neatly when not in use.

This meat grinder is an amazing product. I love that it attaches to my Kitchen Aid mixer and saves counter and pantry space. At first it was hard to figure out what was what, but after a few uses it's really easy. There are 3 different meat chopping tools, plus a meatloaf which is great for making meatballs. The sausage attachment allowed me to make my own sausage and stuff my own donuts and kolachi. It's so easy to assemble and disassemble for easy cleaning.

I really like the product until it started spinning on me. Problem with the landing of the slug in the port of the spacecraft. Just seems a little shy about a tight fit. Even if the set screw is tightened, over time it would loosen enough to move forward, causing the entire mill to spin at the KA end. It's happened a few times, it was just amazing and easy to fix by stopping, reinstalling and tightening the set screw. However, at one point he was so off balance that the entire KA jumped off the

After 15 years of constant use, the housing of my KitchenAid coffee grinder finally broke. I chose this based on the reviews and I'm glad I did. In a way, it's better than KA. The funnel at the top has multi-directional movement when ascending (not part of the hub assembly) and the chute is also much larger.
