I had a little trouble installing this in my car because it came in the wrong video mode from the factory so the screen was distorted and it couldn't to be installed. see to change the setting. I call their support team and they helped me through the menu to set it up properly. Now it works great!

This was a replacement for a failed DVD player. The best cheap DVD player I've ever seen. The local body shop charged $300 to install a similar model. Installation was very easy for me as the cables were already in place. I had to cut a small piece of the plastic mount out of my Tahoe to make it fit. Has worked well so far on two long rides of 12 hours each. A DVD player is essential for long trips as it prevents children from fighting back.
