The microphone has been working great since the purchase. If it was just the microphone I would give the product 5 stars. I don't really use the included headset (I used the M50x instead). Before I start, let me know that you're basically paying the price of a mic for this kit. So, for starters, the headphones are probably the worst I've ever had. No matter how much you change the settings, the bass is almost non-existent and quite awkward. I used the set back and forth between my mum's and dad's houses (moved between houses) so it had to be reliable.
