I saw a YouTube video of this unit being fitted to Chevy Truck with XM radio. I cut off the RCA connectors and wire the factory XM signal cable to my head unit. The device paired immediately with my Samsung 10e and my daughter's Iphone 8. Plays Pandora from my phone via XM radio on my factory navigation radio in my 2007 GMC Envoy Denali. Oh, and it also pauses music and sounds WAZE alerts while you're using WAZE. Love it !

Love this product. Would buy again. I have two problems with this: 1) the power supply needs to be switched, but the instructions say it needs to be connected to a constant power supply, and 2) the remote output has a two second delay before it turns on after the end of the Songs or you turns off the music on pause.
