That's only three stars unless the material is "recycled cotton" it would be four stars. The term "recovered cotton" means shredded cotton scraps that are added to fresh cotton to be pulled out before spinning, resulting in scruffy, much less coarse cotton (you won't see it until you hold it up to the light).
