Aurora Tech Support - Great service from friendly staff

I like the fact that they always have up-to date software, devices we use daily and can help us find any issues with them quickly which is great when you need something fixed for your business or work project immediately! They're usually pretty good about keeping in contact but sometimes it doesn't happen straight away so be patient if things don't seem quite right after contacting their team - this has happened very rarely though!! We've had some really quick fixes through Aurora's techs who…

  • Very flexible hours available at short notice too :)
  • Good pricing compared other providers out there.
  • Excellent support provided by an engineer called "Crispy" during my first call ever as he was able resolve everything swiftly without me

Aurora Tech Support helped us out tremendously

I like that it is very easy to use, you can get help over the phone or online. You don't have to go through multiple people to get your problems solved. It's also very efficient at solving issues. I dislike that sometimes it takes longer than usual to solve my issue. Make sure to be patient with them, they will always try their best.
