Good features for the price.

The kit includes connectors/cables for vehicles with OBDI and II connectors. What I like best is the live data recording and plotting functions, which allow me to analyze the data later. I also liked that the scanner can connect to Wi-Fi so I can email scan results directly from the scanner to clients right after scanning. The scanner is very well made, as are the cables/connectors. I get updates weekly which means the scanner is always up to date.

looks complex

Based on the limited number of applications on a car, the MP808 looks very functional and has many built-in features. I can download the software/diagnostic tool for this vehicle and program the functions. The tablet makes a solid impression, and there are plenty of adapters. It offers links to other sites or YouTube for quick learning, but it would be nice if it came with a speaker. Without sounds, the YouTube link is useless. I don't really understand why it's not included.

Autel MP808K, Great Tool

Autel is a great tool. For money I have access to almost anything I could ever need. Also, this tool has more features than my speedy Verus for a fraction of the cost. Works very well on European and Asian brands, and no worse on domestic ones. Great set, glad I added this to my arsenal of logic tools. It doesn't have a Ford obd1 or a Chevrolet obd1 but that doesn't concern me much as I know the old stuff well enough to get where I need to go without scanning gear. And I can always pull out the

Great easy to use scanner

I used this scanner to diagnose my 2009 Mini Cooper S. It's very easy to use and can do anything I need. I was very impressed with all of its features and functionality for the price. Instead of paying the dealer $300 for a diagnosis, you can simply invest in this product and test yourself. Even if you go to a dealer/mechanic you can still use a scanner to make sure they don't stop adding things to you that you don't need to fix. Great scanner, great price, great tech support - what more could you ask for?!

After two years of using a different brand of scanner, it's time to upgrade or replace it. MP808 for the win! For the price nothing compares!

This is a really good scanner for the money! Having tried many other scanners from Snap on (solus, zeus and apollo) and a few from Launch I can safely say this is the one I would buy overall. I cannot recommend this scanner enough! The price is perfect and the subscription cost is low compared to other brands (you get a free subscription for one year, by the way). Good quality scanner

Used this Autel scanner to diagnose a fallback issue on a 2015 Lexus IS250. The scanner returned a misfire DTC and using Live Data I was able to see a rapidly increasing number of misfires on cylinder 3. Plugs, codes cleared and no problems since. A temperature scan of the Cat converter was also performed to confirm the converters were not damaged due to the misfire/crash episode.
