It is sad that in order to get 5 stars the seller only has to deliver the product on time and as advertised but the fact is that many sellers do not. I'm not even close to that low benchmark. This item is very easy to use and requires almost no effort to keep the inside of my windshield clean and my view of the road clear and safe even when driving directly into the sun.

I bought this product for my truck windows and thought if it didn't work I could use it for something. Well to my surprise it works as they said. After using it on my truck windows my wife looked at them and took it to do her SUV windows. Yes I returned it but wanted to know if I would keep it so she knows where it is! 04/2021: Comes with four cleaning heads! Easy to use. Easy to put on and take off small hats. I would like the head to be less flexible, just a little stiffer. I sprained my wrist when I lost contact with the window. Great extension handle. Comfortable grip. I'm afraid the hats might be too thin. I used them immediately and got them in the mail! I just poured water on the red one and then dried the blue one to dry out the window. If the pane becomes too dry, the blue tends to burst due to friction. I had to clean the windshield on the passenger side again because I guess I didn't do it as well as I did on my side. Average to excellent overall quality but there was one defect. The replacement cover was too small, the elastic hem was not sewn on properly, and the elastic was missing about 1/3 of the hem.
