Description of πŸ”Œ Autolite AP3923-4PK Platinum Spark Plug: High-Quality Pack of 4

Full platinum tip ensures virtually no gap erosion for long plug life. Yttrium enhanced, high nickel alloy side electrode maintains precise gap to increase plug life. Good upgrade connector for spares

I usually use 3923 copper connectors but decided to use AP3923 platinum connectors instead. Identical in form and function to a copper plug. So far the engine is running great.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • I don't really like it everything is fine

Cheap parts

Got them a few months ago, car still works great. Hot 95,000 miles and the ignition coil needed replacing anyway so I decided to do it while I had it open.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

Good brand for a long time

Good standard platinum plug for the price. They have 3,000 km on them. Switched by an iridium spark plug. I don't see any reduction in performance or consumption. Also less expensive.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

WILL NOT FIT my 2017 VW Jetta TSI 1.4T

If you look at the picture the thread size doesn't match the size, the Autolite is thicker and the Bosch VW is thinner. They don't fit my 2017 VW Jetta TSI 1.4T. I DON'T KNOW WHY Revane thinks they fit!

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • Fair

Spark plug with high mileage at a good price

I've been installing these spark plugs on my Subarus for at least 20 years. Great fork with great mileage. If you can't or don't want to spend money on Iridium, I think this is the next best option.

Pros
  • Pleasure
Cons
  • Almost everything included

thickness for 2010 vw cc 2.0t

$2 each for platinum for 40k or 4 years! couldn't pass! They didn't have a cardboard sleeve over the electrode, but the gaps didn't need repairing. no trash! You can stop reading now. good year!

Pros
  • permanent test results
Cons
  • exchange available

Superb quality - know they have a .040 " pregap

Autolite spark plugs have been used on a number of competitively priced vehicles with excellent results. ", so if you need a different gap, be prepared to change it with the Gap and Gauge tool.

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Doesn't fit Jetta 2016 SE 1.4TSI (check your VIN)

I don't know why Amazon thought these fit the Jetta 1.4TSI and this one doesn't (at least not my VIN). I've done a little research and it seems that there is some confusion between Jetta 1.8TSI and 1.4TSI spark plugs (possibly depending on VIN). Candles 1.4 have a significantly smaller thread diameter. I'm not sure if everyone knows about this. I suggest you test your spark plugs first, measure or check the model and then buy the right ones. I had to return them and buy original Bosch spark…

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Not the best
