Installation required many compromises. The threaded rod holding the faucet was too short for my standard gauge granite countertop and the washer was not large enough to span the entire faucet. Standard size hole in granite. I have found a flatter and wider washer and nut that works. However, the cable from the motion sensor does not fit here.
