But works. on food strainers

I mean it does the job but I still have to squeeze the liquid out to get it through the bag. It's ok considering I'm the only one drinking it, but generally I don't want to get my hands in what other people have to drink.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Worries me

Ideal for plant milk

I bought these to make oat milk at home. They contract so quickly and are so light. They rinse and clean very well. The only issue I have is that the stitching is not very strong. Once I pressed too hard and oatmeal leaked through the seams. So be careful not to squeeze too hard when trying to get the remaining milk out of the pouch!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Approx

Only used a few times before the bag ripped, now has a few rips/holes in the stitching. Love the fabric but not as durable as expected. I used it with ginger pulp and soaked almonds, the juice soaked into the fabric well, but the almond milk was thick and difficult to get through the fabric. I would not recommend this product for juicing fruit pulp or nut milk.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not bad but...

For preparing JADAM JMS for the garden

Suitable for preparing JADAM microbial solution. (JMS) The process involves the creation of large numbers of bacteria to graft the garden. boiled potatoes / mashed potatoes and leaf humus from the forest floor are placed in bags for infusion for 2-3 days. These bags are perfect for that. My plants recovered in just a few hours. incredible results. I thought it was a prank or snake oil but there is science and now experience to back it up. YouTube worth if you are a gardener.

NON ORGANIC COTTON suitable for food strainers

These bags are NOT organic cotton. The packaging says only 100% natural cotton from China. There is no mention of BIO anywhere on the packaging. All types of natural cotton are grown around the world using pesticides. A Revain customer service rep referred me to Etsy where I found organic tea bags from Australia. Unbleached blend of 45% organic cotton and 55% organic hemp cotton from TularuAU in Perth, Australia priced $2.00 for a small 4cm x 4cm bag plus $2.91 shipping to Central California.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Long wait

Great for making a large batch of iced tea from loose leaf tea

I buy very tasty tea and am tired of putting so many particles through different metal strainers when making iced tea. I simply fill in as much as I need to make a gallon, close the bag and secure the strings to the rim of the jar with a tie clip. I pour about a liter of boiling water, let it brew to the desired level of readiness, take it out and add water and ice to fill it. After it has cooled, I turn it inside out, shake out the tea grounds and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Pat between…

  • Only positive

  • Annoying
