🏝️ Nantucket Mineral Fingertip Towel by Avanti Linens Review

There is nothing special about this towel except the price. It's super expensive. When I got the towel I was very disappointed.

I like this for our bathroom theme but it looks like a dollar store towel. Looks nice but looks rough. Haven't washed it yet but looks like it should definitely be in a sock pocket or something.

I really thought the towels were used and washed. The bath towel was broken, with torn seams and frayed seams. Only kept it because the college guy wanted a decorative counter and wanted to hide imperfections. Not a quality set.

In our hallway bathroom I have a lower height clam towel ring - just right for the kids. This towel looks beautiful and I can't wait for the kids to come and enjoy these little fish!

Hem came with padding tape only so every hem came out when I washed them before use. Luckily I sew, but I have to find the right thread to sew the edges. Otherwise they will look cute in my green fish themed bathroom.

On the first wash, following the label directions exactly, everything was torn apart from the towel. I even washed them separately from everything else. It happened for the first time in my life. Here are some photos of what they looked like after washing.

The towels (2 towels) LOOK great but when I washed them per the instructions in cold water and tumble dry on low the DECORATIVE hem fell apart. Hemmed with a product like a witch stitch, glued! Not sewn. See photos. I am very disappointed as they appear very attractive but should hold up to regular use.
