I had to replace a 5 year old similar device.

I had to replace a 5 year old same unit as soon as it started blinking and turning off every second. it connected and started working as usual. I saved a lot of money by paying for a service visit and a technician who sold me an overpriced repair unit.

Seller is replacing another item

I could have bought Avaya Euro 18d for a much lower price. I didn't want EUR 18d. I ordered Avaya Partner 18D as described and pictured. The seller replaced a product that I do not need. This is very annoying to me and I would not recommend any seller who carries such nonsense.
