Excellent Value. Others I've seen in stores were double and triple the price. Didn't have to call tech support so can't rate it, but it shows how easy it is to use. Just plug in and get started

I use it for my first gen Xbox One and it does exactly what I need it to do. It is also easy to transfer memory between both devices. The only problem I have is that my Xbox sometimes doesn't recognize it as soon as I unplug the device from it. This can be fixed by simply unplugging and plugging it back in, but it can be a little frustrating.

So I bought it because it was cheaper than Western Digital or Seagate and that was a mistake. A week after I bought it, it deleted itself and I had to reformat and reinstall everything. So I call support 2 times with no answer, the third time I called they just said they couldn't help me and hung up. Seriously the worst customer support I've ever dealt with, for your own good please spend a little more on WD and Seagate.

BUYER ATTENTION: I bought the first one and the hard disk was damaged. So I called the company and the woman just told me there was nothing they could do about it and could just request a replacement through Amazon. That's exactly what I did. I received a new hard drive. worked ONE DAY. Downloaded everything worked. The next morning it was damaged, stripped of everything and unrecognizable.
