I've had this towel warmer for a little over 6 weeks. The heat is fickle so parts of the towel are dry and warm while others remain damp even after 2 hours. Ours arrived with a missing "stub" and customer service never responded to my questions. The product arrived with no instructions on how to set the temperature/timer. This is my first review of the AVONFLOW freestanding electric towel warmer and I will update it when I use it. I think it's great that there are 2 mounting options for it. You can either install the legs by placing the legs on the stand and just letting it stand, or you can install the included hooks and drill 4 holes in the wall and attach them to the wall with screws.
