Since we only had one cartridge and no tools were included (it was supposed to be) I had to send it back. I have at least 4 printers that use these cartridges, I cannot express how reliable they are as a product! I will probably need to change the ink cartridge every 4-6 weeks and these cartridges offer easy chip transfer and are very clear. With the tweezers needed to remove the chip, transferring the chip is a breeze and replacing my old cartridge with a new one is super easy!

Installing this toner cartridge wasn't the easiest thing I've ever done, but I ended up with four toner cartridges for the price of one. Small inconvenience of having to rip the sensor chip out of my original drum and stick it in, but who doesn't want to play the mad doctor at least once. Once this part is ready, it will be inserted and printed normally. One had a small row of dots printed on one side of the page but otherwise no problem.

You can't go wrong with this toner, especially when it costs about 4 times less than the original toner!
