Good email and CRM service for most businesses

I like that they can do all types of emails from autoresponds through followups etc., so it's not just one type or another! That is what makes them unique compared with other auto responders/CRM services we've used before (iContact & Salesforce). They are great people who care about their customers but also understand how our business works as well - which helps us be aligned towards having success together :) We haven't tried any new products since using BuzzStream initially 2 years ago…

Pros
  • Great email templates available in system too..Very responsive staff at helpdesk if needed..Easy integration into own website via "contact form" feature...Great tech assistance group within organization itself!!!!!
Cons
  • Not much customization possible wth regardt o personalizing your experience per client
