We had no problems with this swing but for the price given the problems other people have had there are probably better alternatives. Although it worked great for us.

This is the perfect swing! It has tons of features. It has a removable food tray, two cute hanging toys to play with and bedtime music. I didn't expect this swing to be so versatile. The fabric cover is easy to remove and washes well. You can charge it to take it outside and it has a net to protect your baby from bugs. I really like this swing and will definitely buy it again. Children's electric swing was not easy. Initially, assembly should have been easy, but it wasn't easy. A flathead screwdriver was included, but all screws required a Phillips head. The small screws were too small for some of the holes and the big screws were too big.
