I love this hair straightener! I've bought the same thing three times since 2012 - most recently last week. I only get about 3 years of this every time I use it literally every day sometimes twice a day. My hair is long, very thick and a bit unruly. Unfortunately I have to give this product a bad rating. I would give zero stars but I couldn't write this review. The funny thing is that I kept having my doubts and decided to try this product anyway. It literally worked 1 damn time. I spent $50 on this and figured I would get an item comparable to the Maxiglide. Epic failure and now my money is gone. *sigh* Others may have had better results than me, but I don't recommend this to anyone. Just spend the extra money on a product you can trust!
