I've been using it at work for 2 days and so far it's helped with upper and lower back pain from getting up and lifting boxes all day. The only downside to this, I wish it was a little more comfortable to wear under your shirt. Otherwise I recommend this product. Oh and my waist size is 38 so get taller if you're 38.

I knew I had bad posture so I bought this back brace but I didn't realize how bad it was until I put it on. I highly recommend and will definitely buy again. After putting it on I felt a little steam but I guess that means it worked. It's very adjustable and comfortable and I sincerely believe it works. I've been wearing them several hours a day since I got my back posture correction. The effect is the help my mainstay needs after recent surgery. With a corset I can stand and walk more securely, which is very important to me.
