Back Office Betties Review

The ease of use, customer service (the best!)and affordability make this software one to consider if you are looking at more than just basic voicemail/call recording functionality; we also utilize it as our email client! I wish that there were some way to have multiple users be able to log in with different usernames or passwords so they could each access their own mailbox without having separate accounts set up - but other then this- no complaints about using BOBBETTYS!! We needed an easy tool

I like that it's easy to use. It makes scheduling calls very simple and convenient. The customer service is great, they are always willing to help you out. I wish there was an option to have more than one person on the line at once. Sometimes you need more than 1 person to take a call but Back Office Betties only allows 1 person per call. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a reliable phone system that will meet your needs. I've been using Back Office Betties for about 2 years
