Incense has no smell and is of poor quality. When it hits the ground it smells oddly like paint and they don't smoke much and burn out quickly! The burner is nice but I don't know if the color will stand up to the heat. That's nice and I'll try upgrading the incense and see if that's the problem.

I love the height of the burner. I bought this for my living room. I bought my daughter one for her bedroom so she can sleep better at night. She loves it. They are beautifully made. The larger one had a chip but I kept it because I didn't know if I traded it in and it would sell out.

Looks cool when the air in the room you're in is absolutely still. Nearby ventilation openings completely exhaust the smoke. Even walking spoils the impression. Also, the incense that comes with it all smells like firework punks, not the incense sticks I've had in the past.

My daughter really wanted one of these. They look cool but you won't get what is in the picture. Her smoke barely survives to the 2nd fall. The smoke smells like cigarette smoke to me. Disappointed that they smell bad and don't even work at their best.

I ordered blue but green came. Incense cones were shorter by almost 10 cones. Also, the whole spot where you place the incense cone was too big, causing the smoke to enter the burner. I didn't like the green. Wanted more blue. bilateral exchange. I hope and pray that the ones I get will like my blue color and not green.

Sensitive to airflow as mentioned by others but when you think about it it's just common sense when you're smoking a cigarette and making smoke rings and someone moving air, smoke rings dissipate and no smoke rings. Could there be an improvement to fix this? Yes, put it in a transparent case with an air vent to reduce airflow disturbance to zero. It's easy to fix

The burner is great. It's the crappy incense they give with her. There seems to be 5 or 7 different tastes and smells. But NO DIFFERENCE! They all smell like sawdust. No perfume. The smoke drips down as advertised but oh my god it smells awful. (I smoke regularly, but these are small things. no words) Also, the cones only last 5 minutes. No longer. So it's a matter of looking quickly.

The product arrived in a box that looked like it had already been opened. Looks like someone tried to put it back together. I finally counted the incense cones and got three more than advertised. I decided to burn one to see if it worked. I follow the instructions and wait for the smoke to come out. In fact, it only sank halfway and then dissipated outwards.
