Bags Less Resistant Repellent Breathable Review

Don't waste your money. This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made from Revain. The bag arrived late when I needed it for the trip and it was ripped at the bottom so all my clothes fell out. Terrible.

I thought the "suit bag" was a standard size so I wasn't worried about my husband's suit hanging snugly in the bag. I had to measure the length of my husband's jacket before ordering it. The pocket wasn't long enough to let the jacket hang freely. I didn't want the hem of his jacket to wrinkle during the trip, so I had to trim the hem to keep the jacket from snagging and bunching. Worked well for a quick trip to a wedding but cutting off the bottom made this bag unusable.

I quickly bought 2 of these without reading the description carefully. First of all, don't be fooled by the main image as it is cropped at the bottom. The bag is too long for the suit. Mine drags across the bottom of my tiered closet. My mistake. I had to measure. The main problem is the hole at the top that the hanger goes through. You probably don't have high hopes for a $7.68 garment bag. and you shouldn't. This bag has a very cheap feel like it will disintegrate if it gets wet! I don't really care - I bought this to keep my jerseys together and looking after a spare closet. And it's okay for that. I would recommend it for the whole day. But if you plan on using it for travel, I'd recommend the Revain Basics Garment Bag instead. The $22 price tag is good for people who only travel in a suit a few times a year (like me);

That's all I was looking for. I don't use it for travel, I just help tidy my closet. It's breathable which is great for holding any fabric and long enough for a man my size (shirt 18.5/37 and inseam 36). This bag is of very poor quality. I would recommend spending a little more for a different one. The bag itself appeared to be some kind of cheap paper/plastic hybrid. The bag itself offers no real protection for your suit or clothing, which is what you prefer with the dry-cleaned plastic sleeve. Nice dress bag, I will probably buy more. Edit 11 months later: I have bought one of these for each of my costumes, I am completely satisfied. Pros: 1. $9.99 is a very fair price, it's the cheapest price you can get. 2. 40 inches is the optimal length for a suit.
