As a result, I determined that this tool has excellent cutting ability and versatility. It worked well on a variety of materials, including wood and metal, with minimal effort. I have tens of thousands of dollars worth of snap-on tools. I grew up 3 blocks from world headquarters and half the damn town works there. Snap-On hand and power tools (non-digital) are 100% made in the USA. I don't know what it is, but it's absolutely NOT Snap-On. This is obviously false advertising. It's probably a good product, but it's definitely not an American made snap-on, nor is it the quality of a snap-on tool. Carbide in my ass.

I bought this because I needed to cut six 56mm (not 2-1/4" or 57mm) holes in a 5mm thick aluminum plate to mount the radial RF to mount switches.advertised as "carbide" but if so then it's not the tungsten carbide I was expecting. Maybe marketing decided that carbon steel is "iron carbide"? The first three holes were good and tight then the edge tolerance and quality gradually decreased until I could see daylight around the edges of the switches. Looking at the hole saw the teeth were worn down
