Excellent Customer Service, Easy To Use Interface

We are a large company who uses eTradeConnect for our OMS system to provide quotes to our agents. This is so that they may quote customers for their benefits offerings at no cost other than what we pay the agent for their service. The integration between our systems and theirs is seamless! There really isn't something I dislike about it. It does everything a customer might need with ease. We can quickly turn on new features as needed but can revert them if they start to cause issues.
