Low-Quality Ink Cartridge Caused Printing Disaster

Using this ink cartridge replacement, our team found that the colors were faded, the ink smudged easily, and the print quality was poor overall. The one pro is that the price was affordable, but it isn't worth it if the final result is unusable documents. The cons far outweigh the pros. We ended up wasting time and money reprinting everything with a proper ink cartridge replacement. Avoid this subpar replacement at all costs.

Disappointed - Printers & Supplies

The printer called the cartridge fake and it doesn't work properly with the copier. I use this for business so ordered a few months before trying to use it and now I can't return it for a replacement or refund. Very disappointed, would not recommend to anyone
