    Excellent customer service

    Looks like good quality but the shelf and tray were packed so tightly the legs dented and scratched the tray. I'm in a bind, I have to bake cookies for the party tonight so I can't return them, but this disappointed me. Excellent customer service. So now five stars for the quality of the pan, it's very strong, doesn't bend at all in high heat and five stars for the customer service.

    So far I have loved all KP Kitchen products. Haven't used the baking sheet and rack yet but I can already tell the quality is far superior to anything I already have. I bake and cook all the time, so I'm excited to try this set this Christmas baking season.     My dream pan + trivet lol

    Just received the pan and I love it. I spent 30 minutes searching Revain for a pan and rack combo that a) the rack wasn't damn non-stick due to low temperature thresholds and b) the sheet didn't warp. I was tempted to buy a stainless steel pan for the warp-resistant potential, but this one has stainless steel reinforcement on the sides of the aluminum sheet and that's fine.     I originally bought this set because I was interested in a stand with silicone feet to use with my second half leaf tray or just as another cooling pad. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the included half sheet pan as it proved to be more durable than the aluminum Nordicware I have, although I was already sturdy.     Expensive, but worth it after a year of continuous use: no problem.

    It's aluminum, so expect consistent heat and leaf marks on both the sheet and sink wherever it goes. This is simply the nature of aluminium, which is a very soft metal and will scratch when in contact with most other materials, particularly ceramics found in kitchen sinks. It is easily discolored by various foods/acids/etc. It's all cosmetic. Traces are easily removed with water and a quick wipe. No aluminum frying pan can escape this.
