Easy and effective solution for employee appraisals

The ease in which to use this software is amazing! It's very easy so that anyone can easily learn how it works by just watching videos online or reading tutorials provided through its website itself (which I highly recommend). There isn't much i dislike about balanCETrak as far goes my experience using them but maybe there could be more options available such like adding new applicants into your database faster than what they have currently implemented now? Balancetrak - Great Platform To Find Talent

The best thing I like about this is that it connects to our CRM system so if a candidate applies through LinkedIn, they also get filled in CRM as well as job site if applicable. Sometimes when I'm searching for data, it will show up but sometimes it won't. This is not always the case. It does have some glitches but nothing that really has an impact or bad connotations to it.   • On top those documents populate automatically across jobsite search tabs allowing recruiters access relevant info straight away without having to sift thru long
Cons
  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
