It works exactly the way you want it to. Above 55 F and below 75 F, this thing maintains optimal temperatures. It's breathable enough not to turn into a sauna, but warm enough to keep you warm. This is my favorite running shirt. I liked it so much that I bought another one. It's lightweight, so don't worry about it interfering with your stride. If I wasn't a poor college student, you'd have a hard time convincing me to ever wear another shirt.

I bought this shirt to workout, walk/run, not to tan or get bug bites. So far it seems to be holding up after a few washes. Keeps you relatively cool and feels comfortable enough for the type of fabric. I'm happy so far.
