Not recommended for use in a front loading washing machine. I HAVE MADE. made no difference to my machine and it worked great. However, I also have a pair of jeans in it so that they don't constantly hit the glass. Also, I've used Grandma's Stain Remover on all the lighter surfaces for dirt and oil stains, let it sit for 5-10 minutes and it comes out like a mark. New. I used 1 Tidal capsule and a handful of Gain pearls. BRAND NEW HAT

I have carefully read the reviews and instructions on the product card. I've used the top rack of my dishwasher and cleaned some of the worst caps I have - sweat stained caps that have been in a box for two years. With the exception of some color bleeding (not the manufacturer's fault), my caps were surprisingly clean. Highly recommended! PS: Forget the washing machine. Top loading machines are supposed to be safe, but only a dishwasher should be used in my opinion.

I bought these after reading numerous reviews. Some people said they break easily, so I opened and closed them carefully so they didn't break. To be honest, it's not that hard if you pay close attention to what you're doing. I've washed my hats a few times and I haven't broken the tabs yet. I wash my hats in the dishwasher because I don't trust washing them in a washing machine with the agitator running. Everything is good here.

That did exactly what it was supposed to. I put my hat in the case and washed it in the dishwasher as I have a front load washing machine. My hat came out clean and kept its shape. Also, despite my wife's doubts, no, there is NO hat radio in the dishwasher! :-) Everything has become very clean! The really cool thing about this product is that your hat won't break or wear out because it's protected. I also let the hat dry in shape for about 1/2 day so the shape holds. Worked great!

I like this idea, very smart, wish I had thought of it. But I have a feeling they could do better on the front hinges. After my second use with both Buddy Caps, the front loops kept coming loose, I did not remove the front and did not put too much strain on the loops.
