When my wife died I wanted to express my love for her in some way. When I saw this frame I thought it would be perfect for me and her mom and dad. I have received two. The frame is a solid frame that shows off so well. This is the frame that stands in our souvenir cupboard and preserves the memory of my wife. I love her and this frame helps show that love to everyone who sees it.

The frame is beautiful, but unfortunately it broke. I'm very disappointed because I really wanted to give it to a friend who lost his mother tomorrow. I've restarted it now for a refund and am waiting another 2-3 days for a new one to arrive and hopefully it doesn't break either. The foam it was in wasn't very strong and the box itself was packaged in a bag that probably fell apart in transit.

The frame is torn in two places. I read other reviews that said their frame was cracked but I really liked the saying about this frame so I took a chance. Unfortunately it arrived broken like others I've read about. The packaging was terrible. There was a hole in the box and the thin foam covering the frame in the box was all kaput. The box has a tear on the inside. The styrofoam inside has completely crumbled. I'm pretty sure it was a return and not new. He had a lot of blonde hair on it like someone had thrown his hair in a box after cutting it. In addition to some pet hair all over the styrofoam and frame. I bought this to give to a friend who just lost his father but he is covered in hair so I don't think I can give it to her because of the crumbly packaging and lots of hair. The frame looks nice.
