Almost Perfect Almost

Internal configuration This is what you would expect from containers of this type. The container is made of flexible plastic, not hard transparent plastic. This is preferable as the hard, clear plastic breaks very easily. Although it is not transparent, parts of it can be seen. in the closed state. The lid closes tightly and blue latches ensure it cannot open in a bag/crate/truck. So why is it almost perfect? The three sides of the container where the blue latches secure the lid are recessedโ€ฆ

Decent build quality, gasket cut off at one point as stated, NOT AIR/WATER TIGHT

No big deal , Assemblies of decent quality. I would be a lot more excited about this and the subject in general if the o-ring was functional for its intended purpose. I may be a bit anal, but I will admit that I hate seeing a design feature that includes extra parts + additional cost for an item in both the listing price and manufacturing cost when that design feature is not at all fit for its intended purpose suitable is. Then it's just a waste of time, a waste of materials and a waste ofโ€ฆ

Love these cases

I recently ordered a couple of bolt kits to come with this stylish case became a case and looked for them for a few days until I found them. Looks like the same case just a slightly different blue color. The 3 snap system is really handy to ensure a secure closure and prevent accidental loss of parts. The gasket seems good for an eventual seal, although I haven't tested it and it's not a top priority for me. I use these cases for various devices and tools. I will say that the split sections are

It's ok , the assembly is decent . I would be a lot more excited about this and the subject in general if the o-ring was functional for its intended purpose.
