I was in love with this lamp until I took it completely out of the box and found that a large piece of glass lampshade was broken. Likes too my heart (?/ but still if it wasn't broken I would definitely keep it! It's such a cool and beautiful piece for a bedroom or office! I totally recommend this lamp! I received the lamp very quickly, I was upset that it came broken but I sent it in for a replacement, it was easy and it came in two days! I love it. I had one on my piano a year ago and wanted to replace, this lamp is beautiful, doesn't look cheap, it's sturdy, it has 3 levels of brightness and the bulb is on, it has a bonus, two USB charger ports! This is by far the worst table lamp I have ever owned. The touch function is not a function; this is a mistake. For some reason, don't forget to adjust the position, otherwise the lamp will go out and you'll have to start over, touching three times each time to reach maximum brightness. Of course, it doesn't take much effort, but you might have to do this routine a dozen times a day. Even if you accidentally hit the lamp with a ballpoint pen, it will turn off.

This lamp works beautifully and very easily with one touch. The lowest level is ideal for a dimly lit bedroom. With two more touches, the lamp reacts to two more brightness levels. The maximum setting is very bright. The lamp is designed for a power consumption of 6 watts. Hue - traditional bank green. I am very happy with it and I particularly like the convenience of the two USB ports on the bottom of the lamp.

Bought this for my husband. I received an email reply from the company that makes the lamp. They were very helpful but I had to return and replace the lamp because the USB port on the lamp base stopped working. Anazone quickly replaced the lamp and 3 weeks later the same thing happened. Obviously a design flaw. Revain did a great job with this issue, but I think the manufacturer of this lamp needs to fix the inherent problem. My main objection to this lamp is how fast it burns through bulbs. I put a same brand bulb in this one and another banker style bulb (no USB ports) at the same time. Four months later, after almost the same usage (the other lamp actually used more), this lamp needs a new lamp while the other one is still working. I've never disassembled an LED light bulb so quickly. Is always. That's absurd. Luckily, LED bulbs are recyclable, but it's still an added waste that I can't refuse.

Love it! I use this lamp on my home desktop and place it behind and above my laptop screen. I liked the green glass shade, but it bothered me because I was hoping to use the lamp to illuminate my face during video conferencing. Didn't want to sunbathe green face!
