I gave it to my daughter for her 6th birthday. He hardly suits her, he has nowhere to grow, but he looks very cute. However, after an hour or so, she took it off and said the tutu was scratching her, and she was right. The fabric from which the skirt is sewn is not comfortable to the touch. She still doesn't wear it for more than an hour from time to time.
