I liked the shampoo and balm but the packaging was disappointing.

I love that this shampoo leaves my hair soft and tangle free. I also love the smell of the shampoo. I was very disappointed when I received this that the shampoo was not fully packaged like a conditioner. There was a small clip of shampoo, but it was knocked off the bottle. The shampoo wasn't complex either.

But smells good. Best in Shampoo & Conditioner

This shampoo and conditioner smells amazing, but it doesn't cleanse, moisturize or add volume. And the smell doesn't linger outside the shower. Definitely not worth the money. Hair needs more than foam and fragrance.

Too expensive just to smell good

I used a small bottle during my stay at the hotel so I decided to buy it for home use. Unfortunately, in addition to the pleasant smell, it takes a lot of product (shampoo) to cover my short full hair, also the pump on the bottle gives very little output so I have to use more to get full coverage, not very economical, because of it. The air conditioning does not do a very good job of air conditioning. Brands that are brought from the store work much better. Won't buy it again.

Shampoo and conditioner Disappointment

Tried this product for the first time in a hotel casino. I liked the foam of the shampoo and the conditioner smoothed my hair. So I bought the product and found that the shampoo does not lather at all! The hair was not cleaned well and the conditioner was not as thick as the sample size provided by the hotel. When comparing the sample size shampoo to what I received, I noticed that the shampoo was the same color as the body wash sample size. I thought the product might just be mislabeled…

Amazing product! Hair Care

This was the brand our Fort Lauderdale hotel used for complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I fell in love with him instantly! No crazy strong perfume smell. Just a nice orange scent. Product also of excellent quality.

When my husband brought back samples of this shampoo and conditioner from a recent trip out of town with business associates, I was intrigued as they looked like spa quality products. When I first used them, they didn't impress me at all. However. That was probably because this shampoo cleans my hair thoroughly and removes product residue.
