Tried this product for the first time in a hotel casino. I liked the foam of the shampoo and the conditioner smoothed my hair. So I bought the product and found that the shampoo does not lather at all! The hair was not cleaned well and the conditioner was not as thick as the sample size provided by the hotel. When comparing the sample size shampoo to what I received, I noticed that the shampoo was the same color as the body wash sample size. I thought the product might just be mislabeled. However, the contents of the "shampoo" were not suitable for washing the body either. Such a disappointment and waste of money. I wish the products I received were as good as the sample size I received from the hotel.
