This works exactly as advertised. We used it on a 14 hour trip and my MacBook Pro worked great throughout the round trip. I had no problems with overheating, no glitches. It just works. I love that it has a port for charging my phone so I can do both at the same time. This is a must for travel!

This charger is awesome. I bought it for a 2012 MacBook Pro to charge at work. (I work in an ambulance) and I can get a 40% charge in an hour with moderate use. We have two Apple MacBooks, a Pro and a MacBook Air, that use different chargers. We also have 2 iPhones, Battery Bank and AirPods. It was the only auto charger that had all the cords (since you can't unplug the cord from AC chargers) that went with everything. A great accessory if you travel a lot as well as a quality item.
