At least 2 stars. It works. I think it deserves this rating because it's not a very good design. The case is too big so the 9V will pop out fairly easily. The bottom of the power supply is on the opposite side where you open the case, making it difficult to place when using for a DIY project. There are no complaints at all about the case. Its clean look. Inserting the battery into the slot is not that difficult. The sliding door is easy to open, close and lock. The built-in switch is also a handy addition.

I tried to attach the item to the cosplay costume but you have to attach the bezel so you actually have to remove the whole big case and the very very thin wires to change the battery. Works. Looks as described. No visible defect. No operational problems. Sure, it's a bit more expensive than buying in bulk, but I don't need much either.

Purchased 28 boxes (7 pack of 4). One of the 28 was not plugged in properly (out, in and out) but all worked. I used to spend less money on this type of equipment with less acceptable work tools. I could easily solder the wires to the motors without stripping the wires despite the short ends. The switch is countersunk/sunk on them, but that's ok for my application. I plan to buy again.

Weird design with the battery floating in the case. The wires are also incredibly thin, but you can easily connect the thicker wires yourself. Otherwise a good and useful product
