Pain relief with vitamins, minerals and dietary supplements

, BCAAs were recommended to me a few months ago. They work very well with creatine and I plan to continue sourcing these products from CM. I've used them to relieve post-workout pain. I used to feel like I would get hit by a truck 1-2 days after a hard workout, but not anymore since I started using these supplements. I've played around with dosing and found that 2 post-workout creatines and BCAAs reduced soreness after the next day's workout, and if I'm still sore in the morning I'll take a few

This BCAA ratio is ideal for optimal results. On training days I would take three pills before and after training and on non-training days in the morning just to keep my BCAA blood levels high. After a few days I noticed that my recovery time improved and my sore muscles went away earlier than usual. My diet was already fairly high in BCAA sources, so someone lacking a daily BCAA intake would definitely benefit. I also found the tablets very convenient compared to the powder and am happy toโ€ฆ

BCAAs are not required. However

I have always been skeptical about the benefits of taking BCAAs as the vast majority of research shows that BCAAs are not needed if you are consuming enough protein. However, I have definitely noticed an increase in performance in the gym after taking this supplement, especially during fasting workouts. I was able to do my sets and reps better and felt less tired than usual. While I'm used to powdered supplements, the pills work well and it just means I don't have to spend time mixing my drinkโ€ฆ
