I bought these for homemade silk flower boutonniers I am making for my wedding. I went this route thinking it would be easier for the guys than trying to stick a needle. Because who can do it perfectly?! :) They are just right, the pin stays closed which is good so we don't have to worry about them falling off.

The seller is fantastic - they arrived overnight just in time for my needs. However, these pens are Well, below average, to say the least. Both the stylus itself and the rear bar are fairly soft metal and they flex like crazy; In fact, about 1 out of every 5 pins in this pack is already "pre-bent" to the point of being unusable. Also, the pens appear to be coated as the packaging is also full of small, silvery metal flakes, which makes me concerned about the durability of the pen's coating.

These pins helped me when I was making pins for 3 and 4 year old ring bearers at my niece's wedding. These little boys were very cute, but they could easily destroy something so fragile. And I didn't want to use a traditional pin on them because I was afraid little boys might get hurt. These pins were very handy as they could be attached and then secured so the pins wouldn't hurt the boys (and vice versa!).
