This is amazing! I use it every day with shampoo and it makes my beard nice and soft! I also use beard oil and sometimes beard balm. I get lots of compliments on my beard! People who are having trouble may not be using it properly. I've noticed that if you've never used it, just give it time. If you haven't used it, your hair may need a fix as it was damaged by another shampoo that has crappy chemicals. Be patient and you'll have a soft beard in no time! When I ordered the product I thought I would get Deep Conditioning 25 as in the picture. I've bought it before and I really liked it. I love this thing. Pleasant scent, not overpowering at all. Leaves my beard clean and soft without feeling greasy. I can see this bottle last because you only need a small amount to cover a decent beard. Washes off very easily. I will buy again!
