This product is as described. It is very gentle and removes makeup easily and effectively. I highly recommend this product and prefer it to anyone else.

I loved the idea of beauty without cruelty but this makeup remover stung and didn't remove the waterproof mascara I sometimes use. I used the remover overnight but two or three days later the black color still came off when I tried to clean my eyelids. Also, it stings, while other removers (also ineffective for removing waterproof mascara) don't sting.

I like it but it definitely needs work, it doesn't remove makeup completely and I've tried makeup remover but I needed something cruelty free and it stings if I apply it once to the eye area but other makeup removers don't.
