Good quality. No complaints

Perfect fit for my 1996 Nissan Maxima. Good quality. No complaints. I would feel the same if I had to do it again. After 6 months of driving still no problems.

Pros
  • Special application to ensure correct installation on your vehicle
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Worked on 1996 Nissan 200SX SE-R, SR20DE Engine

Looks and feels high quality. Worked with my SR20DE engine. The low oil pressure warning light works as it should. The design appears to be an improvement over the original. Generally a bit shorter. Works with factory rubber boot. The price was under $8. Seems worth spending a few extra bucks on this rather than no-name sensors.

Pros
  • Made with high quality materials and components
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Good product but would be better with factory thread sealant.

A 17mm deep base is required for installation. A depth of 27 mm is required to remove the original. Stopped my usual oil leak on my 1996 Nissan Maxima 3.0. You will need some teflon tape on the threads as it is not factory installed. This is the only reason I gave the product 4 stars and not 5 stars.

Pros
  • Engineered to withstand harsh engine conditions.
Cons
  • Minor repairability.

Oil pressure sensor oil leak fixed.

Oil pressure sensor leak fixed on my 2004 Nissan Altima V6 The 2004 Nissan Altima V6 is notorious for numerous oil leaks right next to the oil pan. I also ended up replacing the oil cooler o-ring (which was also leaking), the high pressure power steering hose (which was also leaking) and the oil pan gasket (which was also leaking). I need to replace the CV axle shaft in the future because the power steering fluid has eaten through the CV boot due to a leaking high pressure power steering hose…

Pros
  • True to original form, fit and function
Cons
  • Not sure

Perfect match for my 1998 Nissan Maxima VQ30DE engine. build quality reasonable price fast delivery. Would recommend this oil pressure gauge if it suits your application. Just for your information. The VQ30DE engine used in the Nissan Maxima and Infiniti Q30 is known to leak oil from the pressure sensor. My old sensor worked fine, only oil leaked like normal. If you have a lot of leaks in one of these engines, check that the sensor is in the front corner of the cylinder block base just above…

Pros
  • Quality construction for durability
Cons
  • Some difficulties
